If you can not attend these meetings but want to turn-in the paperwork, please see the link to access the VDD Registration 2013 folder to download files. You will see 4 documents: Registration Packet, Schedule, Medical Form* and Registration Form*. (*must be filled in and returned with fees & deposit checks).
